i don’t know what’s going on with me lately, but i got the blues.
my energy levels are low.
i have no desire to do, write or create.
i worry too much and feel like i have no control over my life.
i think the stress got to me.
and since one of our new year’s resolutions was “less stress”, i decided to get active and do something to relax and recharge.
so this week we’re going to:
❤ spend time with family and friends
❤ watch south park
❤ dress up
❤ go to bed earlier
❤ eat fruits and chocolate
❤ make plans for 2013
❤ organize shoes and clothes for donation
❤ do something nice for someone else
❤ write thank you note to the universe
❤ exercise
